Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Once again, the redoubtable Mr. Haney (Pat Buttram) makes life a living heck for city slicker Oliver (Eddie Albert). It all begins when well-digger Willie the Witcher (played by that squeaky-voiced cult favorite Percy Helton) divines the location of a fresh water supply for Mr. Haney's well. Only one problem -- the water is coming from Oliver's liquid reserves. By and by, Oliver hires Willie to "witch" for the water needed to replenish his well...and this time, it is the Ziffels who go dry.
