The Great Chefs series, produced by the Discovery Channel, presents famous chefs from around the globe, cooking favorite dishes from their renowned restaurants. This set includes seven one-hour videos, the complete Great Chefs tour of Chicago. Tapes one through six contain two episodes each, and the last tape contains one episode of Great Chefs of Chicago, and one bonus episode of Great Chefs of San Francisco. The featured chefs include Carolyn Buster, Pierre Pollin, John Draz, Jean Banchet, Lucien Verge, and Yoshi Katzumura.
