When a corrupt mega corporation clones its newest hit from best friends and indie game developers Will (Neff) and Harper (Silver), they are forced to take legal action. After they recruit a "golden boy" attorney (Fiehler), their odds of actually winning the impossible lawsuit suddenly increase. However, complications arise when Will falls head over heels for Sophie (Walsh), the barista at the local coffee shop, who turns out to be his attorney's girlfriend. Harper starts to feel Will’s focus shifting in a different direction, as Will and Sophie, who are just two “friends,” start getting closer and closer. The situation forces Will to choose between continuing the lawsuit or following his heart, all the while risking the loss of his best friend and business partner, and the game they developed together.
