Glenn Gould became one of the most fascinating and idiosyncratic figures in classical music during the twentieth century. This documentary combines interview footage, with performance footage to attempt to paint a more complete look at the man and his work. The DVD release of this 1974 film also contains a little seen film from the 1950s about Gould.
