Synopsis by Phil Griffin
Aimless Russian-American man Vic (Chris Galust) drives a medical transport vehicle in Milwaukee, America's most segregated city. When riots break out, he struggles to navigate the city. He spends the day trapped in the van with an elderly group of Russians trying to get to a funeral and Tracy (Lauren "Lolo" Spencer), a black woman in a wheelchair with ALS.
