Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
The first in a series of seven "Bud'n Ben" Western "featurettes," this 31 minutes oater introduced Ben Corbett and Jack Perrin, two cowpoke pals in love with the same girl (Lola Tate). A rather tattered affair, the series was produced by Bernard B. Ray's ill-named Reliable Pictures company. Both Corbett and Perrin had been around since the silent days but were not helped by Ray's pedestrian direction. Penned by Bennett Cohen, Girl Trouble also featured Mary Draper and Wally Turner.
