Synopsis
Part 1 this of four-part history of genocide begins in Genesis, when Cain killed Abel. "Are we the children of Cain---brother against brother?" narrator Dave Mann asks. The hour traces the horror up to the 20th century, including the "ethnic cleansing" of Indians in America, and ends with the Armenian genocide. It was, says Mann, "a prelude to the Nazi Holocaust." Jon Voight introduces the film.
