After successfully capturing Major Taniguchi, Yushiro is ordered to return to the Gowas. The Experimentation Company doesn't like it; coupled with the unit's eagerness to clean everything up before other SSDF personnel arrive, they feel that something is very wrong, maybe even beyond an ordinary cover-up. Outside, Captain Akata briefs Colonel Hayakawa on the battle she saw between the kugai and the TAs. Chairman Daizaburo Gowa gathers the brothers together, and reveals that he knows of Kazukiyo's power games, including his ploy to take over Japan with the help of the discredited General Nishida, all in order to muster the resources to fight Symbol, one of the world's largest conglomerates who are also Miharu's masters and have been attempting to summon the Gasaraki on their own. The Chairman asks all those assembled to decide who they are standing behind as master of the house: him or Kazukiyo. When Yushiro alone sticks with him, the Chairman helps him liberate Miharu from the Gowa facility and sets them off on their search for answers. (American release in 2001.)
