Those who prefer walking to any other form of exercise will particularly enjoy this video workout put together by Gary Yanker. A total of four aerobic workouts are demonstrated, and they can all be performed in the viewer's home. Special techniques are emphasized because different body postures can increase the fat-burning efficiency of walking. Additional pointers are included for those who also like to do some of their walking exercises outdoors. The ten-minute warm-up period can be usefully combined with the rest of this video or before heading outdoors to try out some of the new techniques while surrounded by nature.
