At first, you don't know what to think. Look at all these long-haired kids picking up garbage, really it's so nice and thoughtful of them. Then Garbage pulls the ol' bait and switch. These aren't altruistic Eagle Scouts -- they're a bunch of Lower East youths demonstrating their support of a strike by garbage collectors by collecting garbage and dumping it on the grounds of the Lincoln Center. It's not the world's most brilliant or effective protest but it certainly doesn't lack a sense of humor and neither does this documentary.
