Synopsis by Elizabeth Smith

Fulton J. Sheen became an ordained priest in 1919 and served on the faculty of Catholic University for 25 years. As this program reveals, Sheen's popular ministry was fed by his extensive graduate education, spiritual maturity, and love for others. He became one of the world's most effective speakers and Christian witnesses. Several of his most meaningful sermons are presented on this tape, including "The Divine Sense of Humor," "Psychology of the Irish," and "Why Do People Laugh." This is a black-and-white video.
