Synopsis
"Triumph of Evil" examines what co-producer Ben Loeterman calls the "bureaucratic indifference" to the 1993 Rwandan massacre by the U.S. and UN. The reason, Loeterman says, is that "in the wake of Somalia, the operative reaction was 'don't get involved'." Interviewees include UN and U.S. officials.
