Synopsis by Rovi

Ross (David Schwimmer) frets when Joey (Matt LeBlanc) sets up a date between his soap opera co-star Cash (Johnny Messner) and Rachel (Jennifer Aniston). Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) considers breaking up with her new boyfriend, who works as a chef at Monica's restaurant -- on the same day that Monica (Courteney Cox) intends to fire the poor fellow. And a case of long-distance mistaken identity causes Chandler (Matthew Perry) to sabotage a co-worker's promotion. This episode is dedicated to the memory of Richard L. Cox Sr., the father of series regular Courteney Cox.
