Synopsis
In this cartoon produced by Lutheran Television, Benji and his dog Waldo catch the spirit of 1776 in 1976 Philadelphia. In a dream sequence, Benji attends the Second Continental Congress, where the Declaration of Independence was signed; meets Ben Franklin, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson; and learns how political independence played a role in the evolution of personal freedoms.
