Synopsis

A judge (Kathy Najimy) puts Franklin and Bash on house arrest due to their courtroom shenanigans. Meanwhile, a visit by Infeld's niece goes up in smoke when she's busted for marijuana possession by a judge (Tommy Chong); the arrival of Carmen's boyfriend has legal consequences.
