Mathematician Dr. Benoit Mandelbrot discovered a beautiful form of art in the most unlikely of places--fractals. Fractals make up a sort of roadmap for the geometric understanding of the world's numerous patterns and shapes, and this video sets the patterns against a unique instrumental composition. Digital media director Jon Beau Lee has offered his expertise in computer animation in order to bring the shapes to life. Various classical and new age musicians have also collaborated for this VHS, among them including EKO, William Aura, Cusco, and Ottmar Liebert, who also directed.
