Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Gladys Brockwell does her bit for America during World War I in this melodramatic propaganda film. Martha Glendon (Brockwell), an American expatriate living in Berlin, finds herself in a lot of trouble when war breaks out because she wants to help the Allied cause. In addition, she falls in love with a young American man. Unfortunately, she has also caught the attention of German General Von Lentz (Bertram Grassby), and he causes Martha's American sweetheart to be killed. The dead man's brother, Frank Graham (Charles Clary), comes to Berlin as a member of the secret service. Although he does not trust Martha, she aids him in stealing some important German plans. Graham is captured by the Germans, but Martha offers herself to Von Lentz if they will let him go. Before Graham is allowed to traverse No Man's Land, Martha slips him the plans. He makes it to the Allied side and gets the soldiers to attack. The mansion, where Von Lentz is forcing himself on Martha, is shelled. The soldiers shoot the general, and Graham rescues Martha, who he has learned to love.
