Filmmaker Yoav Potash follows his wife, nutritionist Shira Potash), as she attempts to formulate a healthy diet using a typical food stamp budget. Weighing in with everyone from members of Congress, to food advocates, nutrition experts, and American citizens living on food stamps, the documentary offers a piercing look at the challenges low-income people face in avoiding obesity and long-term health problems related to diet.
