Professor Fizzy and a number of his friends host this primer for children on the fundamentals of eating well. The program begins with Fizzy and co. preparing tasty snacks; the characters then explore and discuss the differences between "good food" and "bad food," and discuss what happens when food goes into the human body. The program also discusses ten key nutritional subjects including veggies, fruits, hydration and whole grains.
