Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Buck Jones portrays a ranch owner who runs afoul of a land grabber (Stanton Heck), and both of them are in love with the same girl, the daughter of a railroad owner (Winifred Westover). After a lot of action, the hero vanquishes the villain and saves the girl from his clutches. In fact, Westover and Heck pretty much repeat the roles they had in Jones' previous film, Forbidden Trails. But Jones brought something special to this clichéd material and made it exciting. This is due in good part to his stuntwork and fine horsemanship -- in the picture's climax, his horse is shot out from under him, and both star and horse somersault down a steep hill. Jones' special charisma didn't hurt, either.
