The first in a three-volume series, this edition of Fingerstyle Guitar: New Dimensions & Explorations features archival footage of some of the masters of this unique method of guitar playing, including Hot Tuna's Jorma Kaukonen, as well as Peter Finger, Will Ackerman, Bert Jansch, and Leo Kottke. Among the tracks featured are "The Hesitation Blues," "A Trip Through the Pyrenees," and "The Ice Field." Though this is not an instructional title, it nonetheless offers fans of the technique an opportunity to watch the experts in action.
