Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

Notorious cult director Teruo Ishii takes the helm for this sequel to Sex and Fury set in Meiji Era Tokyo. Pinky violence mainstay Reiko Lee stars as Ocho, a gambling bandit who teams up with a sword-wielding wanderer (Ryohei Uchida) to take on the entire Tokyo underworld after discovering that the yakuza is forcing indentured prostitutes to act as unwilling drug mules.
