One of the few CBC network programs to originate from the network's facilities in Regina, Saskatchewan, Feelin' Good was a daily physical-fitness program. Judi Osborne led the audience through an exhaustive exercise regimen in a curious 19-minute time slot (most programs of this nature ran a full half hour). Evidently Osborne wore out the viewers, since the series' national run was a mere five episodes, from September 1 through 5, 1980.
