A Scotland Yard Commander races to link a respected British diplomat to a nuclear terrorist plot in this high-stakes thriller starring Dougray Scott and Claire Forlani. Shortly after linking British consul Ian Porter to an elusive Russian drug trafficker, Scotland Yard Commander Julie Hales is horrified to learn that a suitcase bomb from the former Soviet Union may have been acquired by terrorists.
