Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The Canadian TV series Eye of the Beholder consisted primarily of independently produced and corporate-sponsored travel documentaries. Unlike most CBC shows of its kind, this one offered glimpses of the world outside the Provinces, with a heavy emphasis on Central and South America. Originally telecast three times per week, Eye of the Beholder was first-run from September 9 to 20, 1974. The series returned in daily rerun form from September 15 to 30, 1977.
