To the untrained eye, golf looks like a rather sedentary sport, with most players riding from hole to hole in golf carts. But a closer look reveals all the nuances of the sport, with its bending, stretching, swinging, and shoulder crunching concentration. This program aims to get the golfer fit with a series of exercises designed to give the body more strength and flexibility, while increasing both physical and mental stamina.
