Various gentle, fun, and helpful exercises are demonstrated in this Australian video produced for those who suffer from the pain of arthritis. Desired results include a decrease in pain and stiffness, improved self-sufficiency, and an increase in optimism and overall health. The nine exercises taught and demonstrated are low-impact so that they won't cause undue stress or additional pain and damage. The routine consists of warm-ups and breathing; a faster warm-up; movements for neck, shoulders and spin; arms and legs; hands and feet; circulation improvement; all-over movements; slowing down and cooling down; and a finale to assist in moving into the daily routine.
