This wacky animated series follows the misadventures of a would-be bad guy named Hector Con Carne, who wants to take over the world so badly that he surmounts a rather large physical disability: he has no body. His brain and his stomach are all that's left of him but, being an evil genius, he figures this is all he needs and has these parts hastily transplanted into a dim-witted circus bear named Boskov. Hilarious insanity follows as Hector cares only about exacting his revenge and Boskov cares only about snack food and shiny objects.
