This British children's series was hosted by 26-year-old Jamie Baulch, the celebrated 400-meter runner and Olympic silver medalist. Each 25-minute episode spotlighted a different British sports team comprised of enthusiastic youngsters and teenagers. Baulch not only cheered on the "kids of the week," but also exhorted the children at home to get off their duffs and go outside for some exercise. Energize was offered by ITV in 1999 and 2000.
