This program is a volume in the Silverline Entertainment Elements series of audio DVDs. The discs provide a relaxing array of music along with natural sounds and can be played in a DVD audio player or in a regular DVD player with onscreen visual elements that are designed to enhance the soothing effect of the audio component. A voice track that provides guided meditation can also be added into the mix. Elements: Water features sounds such as rain and waterfalls, and features the tracks "The Flow," "Purification," and "Elemental Water." The other titles in the series are Elements: Fire, Elements: Air, Elements: Earth, and Elements: Spirit.
