Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Lois Page (Ethel Clayton) and Richard Chanslor (John Bowers) enter into a marriage of convenience. She's broke and about to give up her art studies, and he needs to marry a respectable girl or risk being cut off from the family funds. They both go their own ways, she with her studies and he with actress Lily Lorraine (Louise Vale), until he begins to take a real interest in his wife. Lois refuses to have anything to do with him, however, and goes off with Robert Hildreth (Frank Mayo), a fellow artist who she trusts. It turns out she shouldn't have -- he takes her to a roadhouse and tries to attack her. But Chanslor comes in and lets Hildreth have it. After that, Lois decides she really loves her husband after all.
