Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
In this glimpse into the dismal blue-collar lives of Czechoslovakia's factory-working population, Alena Mihulova plays a young woman who ignores her mother's warnings and elects to work in a factory rather than stay home. She later becomes pregnant after a one-night stand with a weight-lifter. The workers spend their off-hours drinking and talking about the mutual distrust they have for their employer in this feature done as a documentary-style drama.
