Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
His NBA dreams dashed by a career-ending injury, former NCAA star Chris Long (Brian Drolet) winds up working in a gym that's about to become the setting of a new reality TV series. When the lazy staff refuse to participate, Chris and half-witted gym owner Jack (Hoyt Richards) team up to restore the gym to its former glory, and conquer their personal demons in the process.
