Directed by Gil Karni, Dugit Over Troubled Water follows two Israeli families who, 12 years ago, both decided to start life anew in a fishing community called Dugit. Quite helpless at first, it's their Arab neighbors who teach them the skills they need to provide for themselves, despite the cultural differences between them. Unfortunately, a new surge of religious conflict threatens to sever the bond forged between the Israeli and Palestinian villagers.
