Synopsis by Mark Deming
In this vintage martial arts action adventure, Li Min plays a student of the martial arts who is learning under the tutelage of Sam The Seed, a master of the fighting style known as "drunken boxing." The student displays great talent, but he suffers a punishing defeat at the hands of Lung Tien Hsia, known for his skills in the "snake" style. Determined to best Lung Tien Hsia, the student and Sam the Seed forge a powerful new style by combining elements of "drunken boxing" with the obscure "crippled fist style." Drunken Arts and Crippled Fist also features Simon Yuen and Lo Leih.
