Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In this documentary, various residents of East and West Berlin discuss their lives and the nature of their divided city. In one interview, a woman who escaped from the East says she wishes she hadn't. All of the interviewees are refreshingly forthright as they consider the future of their city, and none of them is particularly pro-American. At that time, no one could have imagined that the wall which divided that city and those nations would come down in just a couple of years.
