This PBS children's program presents renowned cartoonist Fred Lasswell, creator of the cartoon strip Snuffy Smith. Lasswell, known to the kids as Uncle Fred, shares his decades of artistic experience with them so that they can create their very own cartoons. Lasswell employs a simple method, which is easy for children to understand and follow. The delight in their accomplishments is shared by their Uncle Fred.
