A scientist enlists the help of the US Army to investigate the mysterious disappearance of her father in the jungles of Belize. Caught in the crossfire between the American soldiers and a guerrilla army controlled by a mystical warlord, they are confronted by an even bigger terror… giant mutated insects that shoot flames from their abdomens.
