Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

An enigmatic drifter becomes the talk of a small Texas town, but finds the pettiness of the locals becoming too much to take in this drama starring John Schneider, Ernie Hudson, and Robert Davi. The moment the bus doors closed behind Sam Doonbey (Schneider), the local rumor mill began to churn. Meanwhile, as the musically gifted Sam begins drawing big crowds down at Leroy's Country Blues Bar, he catches the eye of entitled Laura (Jennifer Gotzon), the daughter of a prominent local doctor (Joe Estevez). But when Sam's helps the townspeople avoid a series of potential disasters, the gossip begins turning vicious. And the moment Laura allows herself to be swayed by the suspicions of others, Sam vanishes into thin air. Now, without the grace of a stranger to help guide them, the perplexed locals begin looking inward, and realize they may have been too quick to cast the first stone.
