This performance video contains a 1984 production of the ballet Don Quixote at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York. Performed by the American Ballet Theatre, this story was adapted from the Cervantes novel with original music by Leon Minkus. Mikhail Baryshnikov choreographs and stars as Basilio. Also starring Brian Adams as Sancho Panza and Cynthia Harvey as Kitri.
