The second half of The Trip, Part 2 once again features the cast of Hello Larry. Mr. Drummond has acquired a radio station and must now struggle to help his old army pal Larry (McLean Stevenson) keep his gig as a talk-show host. Despite the crossover with Diff'rent Strokes, Hello Larry was met with cancellation about a year later.
