Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
While working as a cook at an institution, the man in this story (Michael Schech) make the acquaintance of a department store cashier (Nirit Sommerfeld). He's German-born, she's of Turkish origin. They fall in love and she moves into his small apartment. What at first appeared to be small cultural differences begin to magnify as they spend more time together, and eventually it becomes clear that these are sufficient to prevent them from continuing in the relationship.
