This rather propagandist documentary focuses on the use of "tiger cages" on prisoners of the South Vietnamese at the prison island named "Devil's Island." Tiger cages are boxes which are too small for one to either sit up or lie down in, which were used for torture and punishment. The practice was allegedly done with the acceptance and perhaps approval of the U.S. military.
