After Dee Dee's latest destructive antics in his lab, Dexter comes to the conclusion that his biggest problem is that he doesn't have a brother to share his love of science with. He lures Dee Dee into his latest invention, which transforms Dee Dee from his older sister into his older brother, Doo Dee. But when Doo Dee turns out to be an overbearing jock, Dexter realizes his only hope is to change him back -- if he can keep Doo Dee from using him as a football long enough to get to the lab.
