Dexter has made a batch of chocolate chip cookies, and tries to keep Dee Dee from eating them. Laden with his formula X29, they're meant for his lab rats. When Dee Dee manages to eat one anyway, she grows to the size of a skyscraper and decides to play with the "toys" in the nearby city. At first Dexter is happy that she's out of his hair, but when news reports trickle in that she's terrorizing the city, he realizes he would be famous if he stopped her with his giant robot. This short was the second Dexter's Laboratory World Premiere Toon. (Original air date: March 10, 1996.)
