Who hasn't wished away those last stubborn ten pounds? Denise Austin presents an effective way to "blast" them off in this intense 44-minute aerobic/kickboxing program. The video is divided into two sections; in the first, traditional kickboxing kicks and punches are alternated with higher-impact jacks and jumps; in the second, three-minute aerobics segments are alternated with one-minute toning exercises using dumbbells. The combination is a high-energy routine that moves the heart rate and metabolism up into the fat-burning zone and helps to whittle away those last ten pounds. Requires two- to five-pound dumbbells.
