Synopsis by Cara Saposnik
Not an ordinary courtroom drama, this video shows the drama and controversy surrounding the trial of Ivan the Terrible. Accused of being the supervisor of the gas chambers at Treblinka, John Demjanjuk was extradited from the U.S. to Israel to stand trial. But what was thought to be a clear cut case evolved into an emotional and complex episode. This documentary follows the events and issues of that problematic case.
