Synopsis by Robert Firsching
In this rather disturbing riff on the Otto e Mezzo school of filmmaking from Nikos Zervos, Alkis Panayiotidis plays a nontraditional Greek director at a low point in his life. Every aspect of his existence looks like a failure, so he stops making movies and begins to examine his life in an attempt to find a sense of purpose and a reason to go on living. Things only get worse as his best friend dies in a car "accident" which might have been a successful suicide attempt and his relationship with an aspiring actress (Isabella Mavraki) falls apart. His producer eventually asks him to make an autobiographical film, at which point he goes violently and self-destructively to pieces. Konstantinos Tzoumas co-stars in this intensely personal and at times difficult to watch film with Sakis Boulas and Johnny Vavouras.
