The Canadian television series Degrassi Junior High has been praised regarding the extent to which it deals realistically with the issues of adolescence. A continuation of Kids of Degrassi Street, which was set in a racially and economically diverse city neighborhood, the program became popular for its upfront presentation of emotional issues. In this episode, Caitlin is forced to deal with the fact that she has epilepsy. Meanwhile, Michelle has to give a speech for Mr. Raditch's class, but her nerves get the best of her.
