Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
A brutal communist dictator (Michael Caine) flees his Caribbean country to evade execution. He ends up occupying the home of a feisty teenage girl (Odeya Rush) in suburban America, and the two form an unlikely friendship as the dictator helps her fight back against her bullying classmates.
